Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 320g of Tagliatelle all'uovo Agnesi
  • for boiling water salt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 150g cooked ham, diced
  • 150g frozen peas
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 50g grated Parmesan
  • to taste black pepper

  1. Cook the pasta
    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the Pasta Agnesi Tagliatelle according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Prepare the sauce
    While the pasta cooks, melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the diced ham and sauté for 2 minutes. Stir in the peas and cook for another 3 minutes until tender.
  3. Add the cream
    Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring gently. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then add the grated Parmesan and a pinch of black pepper.
  4. Combine everything
    Add the drained Pasta Agnesi Tagliatelle to the pan and toss to coat in the creamy sauce. If needed, add a splash of reserved pasta water for a silky consistency.
  5. Serve and enjoy
    Divide into plates and serve immediately with extra Parmesan on top.
